I have been successfully negotiating real estate transactions since 2006… I still love it as much as when I first started !!!   It is a constantly unpredictable changing industry and I love the challenge that every client brings ...  it's like having a new job every day !!! 

My Philosophy....

IT’S NOT ABOUT THE SALE !!!  All agents can hang a sign, advertise on all the social medias and MLS and there are approximately 2800+ in the area to select from !!! – so how do you choose?  Just as every shoe does not fit … neither will every agent be the right fit for you …  My client is ALWAYS in the driver's seat -  it's my job to navigate, but you ultimately decide the direction we go!!!

I like to think that I set myself apart from most in the sense that I don't view this industry as a sales profession, but rather a SERVICE INDUSTRY...   For me, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE SALE, it's about YOU and ensuring your best interests are being looked after during the entire buying and/or selling process... I want to ensure you are happy with the process when the transaction closes.   My business is built on respect & trust and that means repeat and referral business !!!

EXPERIENCE

INVESTMENT/REVENUE PROPERTIES:  From 2009 - 2016 I was an associate broker with a property management brokerage involved in managing 200+ revenue properties in conjunction with my real estate services...   I have the knowledge and expertise to guide you in what to look for and consider when buying an investment property. 

 

CONDOMINIUMS:   Condominium transactions are extremely complex.  There are numerous aspects that need to be considered, investigated and verified.    

SINGLE FAMILY & CHARACTER HOMES:  Having bought our first home built in 1905, I have the appreciation of what to look for in an older character home ...  there are very specific things you should know and watch for !!!

 

ACREAGE PROPERTIES:  Since 1996 I have lived on an acreage property in Parkland County.   I have hands on experience and knowledge of what to look for when buying and/or selling an acreage property.

 

NEW HOME SALES:  New is always nice, but is it better? before you walk into that show home, we need to talk about the pros & cons of buying new and what to look for when buying a new home. 

 

BUYER/SELLER:  Prior to becoming licensed, I have been both a buyer and a seller several times...  I have the appreciation of both perspectives...I wish I knew then... what I know now !!!!
